You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your order if the item is unopened, unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

We'll cover for the return shipping fees,  if If you choose to return the items due to quality issues, incorrect items , or damaged packaging.

If you receive a product with quality issues, incorrect items, or damaged packaging, please contact us at support@pickresin.com or online within 5-10 days to arrange for an exchange or return. We're very  apologized this and will resolve the problem very quickly.

 

How To Start a Return?

* Please contact us at support@pickresin.com , with your order number and reason for return

* We will email you a Return Authorization and the specific steps on how to return.

* Please pack the items in original packaging. If the original shipping box is damaged, kindly use a new box  to ensure a safe return.

* Send the items back to us and your refund will be processed within 2-3 business days once received and approved.
